Due to the nature of bespoke products refunds will not be made, also a "quote" for a delivery date should not be considered as a binding statement again due to the vagaries of bespoke products construction time can often run beyond such "suggested" dates.
Complaints
We will acknowledge any complaints in writing within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute, and keep you informed about progress for your complaint.

The end user agrees that OHM (2008) Ltd T/A Cyclone, its administrators, authors, publishers, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any problems or damage or loss of information that may occur from or result from the use of our Web site.
Cancellations
Individually tailored products i.e. wheelchairs, upholstery etc. must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Cancellation of such product orders will result in the loss of any deposit paid. In exceptional circumstances, beyond the control of the customer, OHM (2008) Ltd T/A Cyclone will endeavour to refund deposit monies, subject to an administration fee. Providing goods have not been dispatched, we would normally refund a deposit in the case of a cancellation of a stock item.
Delivery Details
Smaller items such as tyres, castors, etc. will be normally be dispatched within 3 – 4 days of order. For larger items, when your order is ready for dispatch we will telephone you to discuss and confirm delivery details with you. Carriage costs vary depending on the product ordered. Details will be discussed at the time of order.
Returns Policy
If you find that any items ordered are unsuitable for your needs, return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will reimburse you provided the returned goods are of merchantable quality (ie they can be re-sold as new). If you wish to return any item please telephone 0151 346 2310 quoting your name and order number. If you require us to collect, this can be arranged at our convenience and will be charged at a cost.
V A T
Most of the items in our catalogue are zero-rated provided they are purchased by registered disabled customers. To benefit from the exemption you will need to complete the VAT exemption declaration form. In the declaration you are asked to specify your disabling condition and to confirm that the goods are for your personal or domestic use. The nature of your condition is classed as sensitive information by the Data Protection Act - see our privacy statement for more details.
Quality Control
OHM (2008) Ltd T/A Cyclone do not supply any unofficial imports. All our products are sourced brand new direct from the official distributors and/or leading manufacturers only.
We have elected to supply only well tried and tested models.
Full assembly and inspection tests take place in our workshops prior to dispatch.
All power products have their own unique identification numbers registered by the UK distributor and ourselves to enable a specific unit to be tracked right through the process to the individual customer to ensure full warranty and spares provision.
Warranty/Guarantee/After Sales Service
All our products come with a full 12 month guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials backed by the manufacturers themselves.
Please note the warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance requirements caused by undue care or accidental damage such as flat batteries or punctures.
