Had a breakdown on my batec rapid , alex came down to leicester the next day with replacement mini rapid 2 the next day , always had great service from Cyclone mobility and hot me out of a mess as I had hospital and doctors appointments which with there help I managed to keep.Highly recommended.

Amazing experience from first enquiry to delivery. I emailed back in March to ask about a demo of the Quadrix. Literally a day later the lovely Spence called me and within the week he was at my house in rural Scotland to let me test drive one.
Spent that day grinning from ear to ear. So much fun. Ordered one a few days later.
Was meant to be 12 ish weeks but ended up being 26 weeks. Not their fault, manufacturing issues in France. Spencer checked in with me ever so often, so I wasn’t forgotten.
Delivery day arrived and Spencer drove through the night from Devon all the way to Perthshire to drop off my perfectly pink Quadrix. Sadly it rained for the first time in a week, so delivery was a little quicker than we planned. Spencer was great at explaining everything and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything.
He’s since text me to check everything is ok, and said just to call if I have any issues.
Hopefully we’ll have a ride out next time he’s in Scotland!

I needed a set of bearing pressing in my wheels urgently as I was going on holiday, rang up on the 9th September, booked in for 10th September, 9 am, job completed and back on the road by 9.20am, great service, friendly staff and a cup of tea too, what more could you want, more than happy. Wheelchair still going strong after 30 years.

happy that Alex who ran the demo was a wheelchair user, instantly put me at ease. The engineer Lukas who fitted the attachment system to my wheelchair was friendly and I felt went the extra mile to ensure I understood all aspects of the Batec. Overall I was very impressed.

Bring cash, you’ll want much more than you planned when you meet these guys and see just some of the cutting edge products they’re able to provide!
Stared and run mostly by fellow wheelchair dependants gives the usual headstart for a good disability equipment supplier here. Its exact location on the business park is maybe not the place to blindly follow the satnav to if one requires perfect road markings to function safely behind the wheel. From the entrance gate it is just about visible in the middle of the second row to the right. Cyclone will see you right or explain to you exactly why you’re wrong. Honest advice over the hard sell when I renewed my chair to the very best spec imaginable and an unspeakably good discount to. The top rating is just as valid without the savings made. Being a fan of magnesium and carbon fiber helps my most recent chair make me very happy with my decision to give Cyclone Mobility a try when I really needed a new wheelchair earlier this year.

Travelled 2 hours to get a batec fixed. The staff were really accommodating especially Lewis? He helped me tweak my wheelchair too. Great experience, free coffee and a wheelchair gym to try out while u wait!
