The Batec Quad Hybrid is revolutionary, without removing your hand from the specialist tetra hand grips, you can change gear effortlessly. When it comes to stopping, you simply peddle the cranks backwards and the dual disc brakes bring you to a stop in seconds.
All these features are totally unique to Batec, but the most remarkable feature, is the ability to set off from a stationary position, under motor power. So, if you stop in a high gear, or have to stop on a hill, simply rotate the arm cranks one full revolution, the quick start slips the clutch back into gear and the chain drive will engage.
